How to remove oil pan on applies to all Acura Integra models between 1994-2001. Applies to all B18C and B18B engines.
Removal
- Drain engine oil. Rotate crankshaft counterclockwise to align crankshaft pulley timing mark with pointer on lower timing belt cover. Remove valve cover and middle timing belt cover. Remove accessory drive belts.
- Remove crankshaft pulley and lower timing belt cover. Remove timing belt and crankshaft sprocket. Remove oil pan bolts and nuts. Remove oil pan.
Installation
Clean gasket mating surfaces. Install oil pan. Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
